Full-time, permanent opportunity

Based in Birmingham City Centre

£18,000 to £20,000

Katie Bard are seeking graduate-calibre candidates for a Team Administrator position working for a global organisation, providing full support to a team of fee-earners, with long-term progression opportunities for the right candidate. The role will predominantly be based at the office in Birmingham City Centre but there could be flexibility for a hybrid office / home working pattern, and may occasionally require some national travel around the UK. 

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to...

  • Researching and planning events for the team, including the sourcing of suitable venues, managing all invites and the final guest lists and providing full support on the day, as well as any follow-up activities
  • Communicating with potential clients in order to schedule meetings with the team and keeping on top of any cancellations
  • Using social media tools (including LinkedIn) in order to identify potential Business Development opportunities and communicate these to the team in an effective manner
  • Assisting with end-to-end Administration for the team

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT ability including the full use of MS Office, attention to detail when executing all day-to-day tasks, good organisational skills and be well-presented.
