Building Host for National Property Company (ID:6168)
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to
join a well-established, reputable Property company based in Birmingham as a
Building Host. This role would be well suited to somebody with previous front
of house/Reception experience who is keen to take on a full time position
within a corporate environment.
Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering enquiries via telephone
Arranging extra services for tenants as required, such as
transport
Liaising with tenants to notify of any planned or emergency maintenance
Assisting with building checks, updating meter readings and
distributing results as necessary
Assisting Building Manager with printing, filing, scanning
& photocopying as required
Sorting and distributing post
Compiling and distributing waste & recycling reports
Ensuring tenant details and emergency contact details are
consistently up to date
Carrying out daily building checks, liaising with contractors
to log any maintenance issues
The ideal candidate
for this role will have prior experience in a self-managed Front of House/Reception
role, and a basic understanding of Property Management. You will have an
enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively,
while consistently providing friendly and efficient customer service. You will
have strong attention to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft programs, and
great communication skills, via phone, email or in person. . If you are

This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Birmingham, and
is paying £22k per annum.
