Birmingham-based Educational Establishment has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support their charismatic CEO. This is very much a “True” Executive Assistant role so requires an innovative, strategic thinker with exceptionally strong business acumen who can perform a role outside that of a standard PA. The purpose of the role will be to:

 

  • To provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other Directors as required,
  • To support the executive team through setting up of regular exec meetings, minute taking, set of MS teams meetings, logging of actions required, and ensuring these are followed up
  • Maintenance of several MS Teams to ensure documents are shared and stored appropriately
  • Line management of two staff thinker
  • To update the website and ensure information is current and relevant. To be innovative and proactive in reviewing the news section of the website to maximise the impact of positive publicity
  • To take confidential minutes for the CEO and managing the boardroom calendar and hospitality arrangements for the office
  • To produce high-quality documents using the Microsoft office suite.
  • In liaison with CEO and other relevant leaders, to project manage events such as Awards Evening, a range of leadership and support staff conferences
  • Lead on ad-hoc projects as and when required
  • Management of the enquiry email inbox
  • To collate and publish the newsletter
  • Act as company secretary, ensuring companies house is kept up to date with any director changes

 

Applicants will have a good level of education (A degree would be desirable). Strong Executive Assistant experience at Board Level including CEO. Experience in Marketing & Social Media.
