My client is an exceptionally well respected and highly successful property business with an outstanding reputation in its field. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front House Reception/Host to join their team. Working in a team of two at their stunning offices you will act in an ambassadorial capacity:

·         Meeting and greeting visitors

·         Contacting tenants to advise them of visitors

·         Answering telephone calls

·         Arranging extra services such as transport for tenants where requested

·         Liaising with tenants via email and telephone to notify of maintenance issues

·         Updating online compliance system

·         Minute-taking and typing of notes and general administration where required

·         Compiling and sending out waste and recycling reports for tenants

·         Assisting with building checks, vacant floor checks

·         Updating meter readings and distributing to the relevant tenants and accounts department

·         Assisting the BM with filing, paperwork and general office duties as required.

·         Sort and distribute internal post and dealing with couriers

·         Carrying out daily building checks and logging any maintenance/cleaning issues with relevant contractors

·         Carrying out regular audits/checks within reception and maintaining standards

·         Monitoring stationary levels and placing orders when required

This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys that client facing role and thrive on exceeding customer expectations. This role would suit anyone who has undertaken a similar role in hospitality or perhaps has been in a cabin crew role but is keen on more sociable hours.

Experience in a client facing role would be desirable.
