Customer Service Administrator - Forward Thinking Brand (ID:6098)
We are looking for an experienced individual within a
hospitality capacity for an exciting opportunity within a renowned business.
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity within a huge national company with
head offices based in Birmingham City Centre. You must possess experience within a telephone based customer service
role as well as competencies using database systems. This is a truly unique
opportunity for someone who has a real passion for customer service to join a
forward thinking and innovative brand. This is an initial 12 months FTC and the successful candidates must be immediately available.
This role does include weekend work and candidates must be
readily available on rota basis from 8am until 8pm Monday to Sunday.
You must possess an excellent work ethic, a passion for the
leisure and hospitality sector, and a desire to be part of fast-paced and
exciting team!
