Leader – Customer Service
Katie Bard are seeking experienced Customer Service
professionals for a growing and progressive department, for a team based on
Birmingham Business Park near to Solihull. The ideal candidate will come from a
customer service background, have had prior exposure to escalated queries and
complaints, as well as have experience leading and managing a team. This role
is working on a shift pattern of four days on, four days off – and the team is
fully office based.
Key responsibilities include…

Acting as a point of escalation for the
Customer Service department
·
Monitoring targets and reports to ensure full
adherence to SLAs
·
Coaching the team and developing skill sets in
order to improve customer service
·
Running team briefings, meeting and feedback
sessions
·
Responding to and resolving queries, including
end-to-end complaint management
