An altruistic national organisation has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their Birmingham office. If you are efficient, personable and adaptable, this could be the role for you!

Your role will be based in the Training arm of the organisation, and your main responsibilities will include:

·         Organising training events and courses; sourcing venues and trainers, creating advertisement campaigns, and liaising with delegates.

·         Creating online events and creating and managing online delegate packs.

·         Working with trainers across the UK to support the training and CPD course delivery

·         Managing a complex data system, overseeing the creation of member files and membership renewals.

·         Processing invoices and requesting PO numbers.

·         Updating the company website.

·         Providing 1st line support for the Training Portal.

The ideal candidate for the role will have a minimum of 6 months experience within administration, and will have excellent IT skills. You will be enthusiastic about your role, and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

This is a temp-permanent position, starting immediately! The salary is in the region of £19000, and the role will based in Birmingham city centre once they return to the office full-time.
