Temporary Property Helpdesk Coordinator (ID:5866)
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a large national business as a Property Helpdesk Coordinator on a temporary basis for 3 months. This is a great chance to gain facilities experience and join a successful national business in their large head office in Birmingham. The role will require an element of weekend working on a rota basis.
Duties will include:
Consistently monitoring internal system in order to ensure
maintenance works are carried out efficiently and effectively
Scheduling both planned and reactive maintenance works
Auditing completed maintenance work to ensure it was
delivered to the required standard, in budget, and within agreed timeframe
Ensuring all buildings remain compliant with legal requirements
and internal standards
Monitoring and escalate internal audit reports to ensure necessary
work has been scheduled
Assisting building managers in coordinating planned maintenance
in line with statutory compliance
Providing documented evidence of information such as hours on
site, number of engineers etc
Reviewing quotations and estimates requiring approval
Ensuring credit notes are correctly linked to work orders
and approving them as necessary
Assisting team leaders in identifying any areas of concern within
area supply chain
The ideal candidate
for this role will have prior experience within a facilities based role, with
great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise your
workload in order to work effectively to a deadline. You will have good
attention to detail in order to ensure your work is consistently compliant with

This is a full-time temporary position, based in Birmingham, and
is paying £12 per hour.
