A lively and progressive business headquartered in Birmingham city centre is seeking a Property Administrator to support the maintenance team on an initial temporary basis for 3 months. This role will involve working within a busy team environment, handling a variety of correspondence and completing tasks to tight deadlines. The ideal applicant will be methodical, efficient and proactive in their approach to work.

 You will be required on a rota pattern from 11am until 7pm including some weekend work.

The role will primarily involve paying contractor invoices, handling telephone queries and correspondence professionally, raising orders on the system in a timely manner, approving estimates and quotes and assisting with ad hoc projects as and when required. You will be managing a busy and varied property portfolio with opportunity to suggest improvements and add value.

 

The successful Property Administrator will enjoy team-work and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Prior experience in a property capacity would be ideal, and knowledge of processing invoices and orders preferable, but not essential.

 

Initially on a temporary basis, this role would require a September 1st start date.
