Do you have experience working with Motor Vehicle Claims? Do you want to work within a nationally renowned law firm? We may have the perfect opportunity for you. Working as part of a busy team in a renowned national firm, you will be responsible for your own caseload and will be required to work proactively in all tasks as a full time Claims Handler. This is highly varied role in which you will be responsible for the following:

·         Management of your own case load

·         Liaising with clients and third parties

·         Assessing liabilities for claims, working out values

·         Coordinating of diaries

·         Collating and cataloguing all relevant post and emails as well as compilation of accurate client reports

·         Coordination of client billing processes including collection of unpaid invoices

·         Professional handling of client relationships working to the firm’s policy in all elements of communication

·         Sending out correspondence to clients

·         Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure all key activities are completed and compliance of SLAs

You must possess the gravitas to act as the point of contact for a variety of clients both internally and externally whilst managing a high-volume workload ideally from within insurance and of handling motor claims. Ideally experience working within a law firm is preferred. You must be prepared to carry out a role in a professional law firm in Birmingham City Centre. This is a full time permanent role paying £19K with great progression. You must also have excellent IT skills and strong administration experience.
