Senior Customer Complaints Handler

Katie Bard are seeking experienced candidates for a Senior Customer Complaints Handler role, to be based on Birmingham Business Park. The position is working for a well-renowned, national business who are looking to upgrade their Customer Service team to be able to provide the best possible offering to their customer base.

Key responsibilities include…

·         Handling customer enquiries over the telephone from start to finish

·         Successfully dealing with complaints through to resolution

·         Administration of customer details on the in-house database

·         Ensuring all calls are dealt with in a professional manner
