Complaints Handler role, to be based on Birmingham Business Park. The position
is working for a well-renowned, national business who are looking to upgrade their
Customer Service team to be able to provide the best possible offering to their
customer base.
Key responsibilities include…

Handling customer enquiries over the telephone
from start to finish

Successfully dealing with complaints through to
resolution
·
Administration of customer details on the in-house
database
·
Ensuring all calls are dealt with in a
professional manner
