Customer Care Service Delivery & Technical Support (Dealership) (ID:5281)
My client based in South Birmingham is looking to recruit a Customer
Care & Service Delivery Executive (After sales) for their newly formed
team. This is ideal for anyone currently working in a Customer Care or
Technical Customer Service Delivery role within a car dealership environment.
This role will be working 4 days on and 4 days off across
two shifts: 8 am to 6 pm and 10 am to 8 pm. Free parking is available onsite
and this role is office-based.
The role will be dealing with new car owner queries to
ensure a smooth and high-quality after-care service. This could be dealing with
issues such as an ongoing flashing out or a general technical flaw that is
affecting the enjoyment of the vehicle. As
the first point of call you will identify and resolve any customer calls and
where required escalate to the Service team for further investigation and
booking in.
Applicants must have Customer Service/Service Delivery
experience dealing with customer queries within a Dealership or similar
background.
