We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a family-run business who are experiencing positive growth, and therefore are looking for somebody to join the customer service team in an administrative position. This is a great role for somebody who is looking to progress their career and take on a role with growth potential within the company, for example into an Account Manager position.

 

Duties will include:

Filing all documentation for the department, both paper & electronic

Providing a welcoming first point of contact for incoming calls

Creating and maintaining good working relationships with customers

Taking responsibility for required data entry

Developing & producing reports as required

Query resolution and monitoring of invoices

Travel and accommodation coordination for directors and sales staff as required

Meeting and greeting visitors, notifying the relevant staff of their arrival, providing refreshments, etc

 

The ideal candidate for this role will be customer service orientated, with a great team spirit and the ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders, creating a positive environment for visitors to the department. You will have strong IT skills, particularly within Microsoft, and great written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work independently and manage your own workload. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in their Birmingham office near Aston, and is paying £18-22k annually.
