An established law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a receptionist to join their team in an ongoing temporary position during the summer! This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to support the organisation and develop your existing experience in a professional services environment!

Some of your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Meeting and greeting visitors and guests

·         Handling any initial telephone and email enquiries and taking messages to pass along to the relevant individual

·         Liaising with clients, and internal and external stakeholders in a friendly, professional manner

·         Preparing meeting rooms, arranging for refreshments, ordering office supplies etc.

·         Undertaking any additional administrative duties required, including processing and archiving documents and updating information on internal CRM systems and databases

The successful candidate will have previous reception or administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT and Microsoft Office and the confidence to liaise with visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. You will be working with a very friendly, supportive team of people, collaboratively providing an exceptional level of services to their clientele!
