A fast-paced and exciting business within the legal sector is looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual for a fantastic opportunity within their Birmingham city centre offices. This role will require the successful applicant to assistant with the business events and marketing function and you will be require possess existing experience within the area.

 

Reporting into the events and marketing manager, you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

·         Expert coordination and execution of corporate events and seminars end-to-end including management of guest-lists and venue coordination

·         Development of events promotion and marketing including production of literature, marketing collateral and management of social media channels

·         Awareness of events budgets and assistance with gaining of sponsorship

·         Excellent levels of client services in regards to seminar queries via email and telephone

·         All events administration including correspondence and reporting

·         Assistance in client research as well as research on the wider market-place

·         Management of in-house systems in line with the events and marketing function

 

We are looking for someone with existing experience in the above listed areas as well as a desire to develop their skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must have events experience either within a professional services or hospitality capacity.
