An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a hard-working and
motivated individual to join a fantastic technology business as an Office
Assistant. Based in stunning offices, this is a temp-to-permanent role – paying
£20,000!
As the ideal
candidate you must have exceptional customer service or administrative skills,
alongside a keen interest to develop these skills into a professional office
environment! You must be enthusiastic, thorough and ready to learn and be challenged!
This is an immensely varied role where you will be
supporting the entire office with a range of administrative duties. You will be
working with external clients to collate and draft contracts, produce reports and
basic analysis. You will be working in a fun and lively team who are highly professional,
engaging and proactive. You’ll be using your strong people skills to build rapport
with your clients and have excellent administrative skills to provide the
information required. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and a keen eye
for numbers as well as be able to pick up systems easily. Within this role, you will also support some
of the finance department. This will include cash posting and managing any
client enquiries, although full training will be provided.
Due to the location of the offices, you will require your
own method of transportation, however there is free parking on site and an amazing
office culture including amazing food delivered to site! The offices are
located close by to the airport, and within easy commute from both Birmingham and
Coventry.
