Recruitment Administrator - National Not-for-Profit Organisation (ID:5055)
An
incredible organisation based in Birmingham City Centre are keen to expand
their internal recruitment team and bring on a Junior Recruiter, initially in a
temporary position with great potential for extension and long-term opportunities
within the business!
Your
daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling initial enquiries via the phone and
email
·
Sourcing CVs, writing and posting adverts and
conducting research on job platforms
·
Conducting telephone screenings, arranging
interviews between candidates and consultants
·
Assisting with the onboarding and HR function,
organising the sending out of contracts and offer letters
·
Supporting the wider Professional Development team
with scheduling training sessions, ensuring that materials and evaluation forms
are sent out in a timely manner
·
Uploading relevant training documentation and
recordings to internal systems and databases
The ideal candidate must have strong Microsoft Office and IT
skills, excellent time management and attention to detail and previous
administration experience, ideally within recruitment!
This is initially
an ongoing temporary role, with incredible opportunities for long term
progression and you must be immediately available to get started! If you
