Administrative Assistant for Global Law Firm – 9 Month FTC (ID:5051)
We are currently recruiting for a number of admin assistant roles for a
fantastic global law firm based in central Birmingham. This is a great
opportunity for somebody with administration experience who wants to progress
their career within the Legal or Professional Services sector.
Duties will include:
File opening & closing
Deeds scheduling & archiving
General office admin such as photocopying,
filing, printing and scanning
Financial reporting
Simple billing functions
Ordering stationery
Researching and booking travel
The
ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, great IT skills,
and have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational
skills are required, as well as a positive, proactive approach and the ability
to use your initiative in order to complete a task effectively. If you are interested in this

This is a full-time, 9 Month FTC, based in
their office in Birmingham, and is paying £19k annually.
