Our great Tech client is looking for an individual with experience within customer support, who is able to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally candidates will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience in data analysis and reporting from data sets and use of CRM.

Duties include but are not limited to:

   Reviewing escalated help desk and data auditors’ cases

   Completing client services review reports

   Generating and reviewing monthly summary reports
