Senior Cost Analyst for Global Real Estate Firm (ID:4949)
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Cost Analyst to
join the Birmingham team for an international property company. This is a great
opportunity for somebody with relevant finance experience, preferably within
real estate/property, to bring your experience to a new role with strong growth
and development potential.
Duties will include:
Investigating and resolving any invoice and cost control queries
Carrying out cost reconciliations such as service charges
Establishing & maintaining positive working relationships
with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues and
management
Collaborating with other departments such as Estate
Management, Data & AP
Audit support both internally & externally
Carrying out appropriate tenant recharge calculations
Working with the Cost Control Team to meet targets relating
to invoice review, Service Charge Reconciliation & Budget Reviews
Assisting with monthly/quarterly reports and well as KPI
reports for multiple clients
Preparing & calculating finance amendments to creditor
accounts
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior relevant
experience, real estate/property specific experience is desirable but not
essential. You will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent IT literacy and
at least intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to effectively
manage your own workload by effectively prioritising and efficiently executing
tasks. Written and verbal communication skills are important to this role, along
with the ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.

This is a full-time, permanent
position, based in their Birmingham office, and is paying £24-27k annually.
