We are looking to find an individual for a unique and challenging role within a fantastic global law firm. This company are looking for an individual for a varied and diverse role assisting a number of different departments across the board. Located in Manchester City Centre in first class, polished offices, this company are a fantastic organisation to work for. The main responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

·         Management of meeting room and audio visual equipment set up including first class visitor hospitality

·         Liaising with contractors and mail and courier services

·         Understanding of facilities procedures including ordering, stock control and facilities related documentation

·         Efficient and professional approach to facilities related queries

·         Coordinate effective Health, Safety and Environmental policy
