A forward-thinking business in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an experienced Office Manager on a full time, permanent basis. Working as part of a busy, close-knit team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day function of the entire and will act as the primary point for all relevant supplier and client relationships. You will ideally have experienced within a similar role and be looking to add value to your next role. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Procurement, supplier, and compliance management in line with the needs of the business ensuring invoices are paid on time and chasing client debt

·         Assistance and ownership of project management including implementation of new systems and delivery of training and information.

·         Supporting with all HR operations

·         Facilities, insurance and maintenance coordination in order to ensure the smooth running of the office.

·         Overseeing all in-house and relevant external bookings as well as coordination of all relevant materials and equipment

·         Assisting with Business Development and marketing research

·         1st line handling of HR queries and monitoring sickness and absence as well as support in the recruitment process
