PA/Administrator for Charity in Birmingham (ID:4802)
We are currently recruiting for somebody with great
administration skills to join the team as a PA/Administrator with projects and
events support for a fantastic charity based in Birmingham. This is a great
opportunity for someone who is keen to get stuck into a new role in a supportive,
family oriented team environment with a positive mission statement.
Duties will include:
PA support to CEO including diary and inbox management,
meeting scheduling, and taking minutes
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and email
enquiries, transferring calls or taking action as required
Document editing and preparation,
both print and digital
Coordinating meetings – monitoring attendance, taking detailed
minutes, and monitoring action points following the meeting
Providing first point of contact for IT queries, liaising with
operations Manager and IT provider to coordinate any required system
updates/changes
Organising any required travel arrangements, ensuring they
are in line with current policy
Supporting research and reporting functions where
appropriate
Support Marketing Executive with communications and
Marketing requirements such as regular updating of website and social media
pages
Provide administrative support for events, including booking
transport, supporting calendar coordination, and attending events
Support relationship manager with membership and partner management,
such as maintaining databases, reaching out to potential new members, and maintaining
online presence
Assisting project coordinator with various projects as
required, including tasks such as maintaining project records
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous administration
experience, with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability
to manage your own workload and schedule while still working as a team and
supporting others as required. You will be highly computer literate, with great
written English skills and an understanding of confidentiality requirements as
appropriate.

This is a full-time, temp to perm opportunity, based in their office
in Birmingham, and is paying £23-25k annually.
