Graduate Level Property Assistant- Full Training Given!
A successful business based near Harborne is seeking a Graduate Level Property Assistant to take ownership for one of their residential portfolios. The successful individual will act as the 1st point of call for all tenants and leaseholders, problem-solving daily and providing excellent client care.
The role will be multifaceted but will primarily involve:
- Responding to queries via email and phone.
- Handling any maintenance or repair requests.
- Coordinating contractors and booking in jobs.
- Updating spreadsheets and uploading files onto the databases.
- Researching insurance claims and sending letters to leaseholders.
- Working on various projects and admin support for the senior managers.
The business is passionate about developing someone into the role and giving the Property Assistant a good foot-in-the-door within the industry. A passion for working in property would be preferred but not essential (it could lead onto a property management career).
You must be academically bright, hard-working and talented at client service. Ideally you will already have some office-based experience behind you, but graduate-level applications are welcome.
