HR Advisor
Katie Bard are currently seeking experienced HR professionals,
for a 12 month fixed term contract role to be based in central Birmingham, with
prospects of long-term agile working. The ideal candidate will have a
generalist HR Advisor background, be CIPD qualified have had prior exposure to
a partnership structured organisation and experience of working with
stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling ER related issues as directed by the
HRBP team
·
Offering a full support service to management
across the business in relation to absence management, disciplinary, grievance
and performance management issues
·
Providing support in relation to maternity,
paternity, adoption and working from home matters
·
Taking minutes in HR meetings and ensuring administration
is completed, following the correct processes
·
Assisting with escalated matters through the HR
helpdesk and providing resolutions where possible
