Senior Front of House Coordinator with PA to Director Responsibilities (ID:4546)
We are currently recruiting
for a fantastic Front of House Coordinator to run the reception, provide PA support
to the MD and Ops Director, and manage the meeting room for a company based near
Solihull. This is a great opportunity for somebody who has extensive reception
experience as is keen to take on a position that you can make your own, upgrading
the previous reception role to a higher functioning position.
Duties will
include:
Taking sole responsibility for the reception area, working autonomously to maintain an efficient an welcoming environment
Managing the MD’s diary and expenses and supporting Operations Director as required
Managing use of meeting room, including coordinating bookings and preparation of refreshments as required
Meeting and greeting employees and visitors
Managing visitor’s needs, such as allocating parking or booking taxis
Ad hoc admin duties for the office as required eg organising couriers
This role has
great potential for somebody to come in and add a personal touch, really making
it your own. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high pressured environment;
a background in events, travel or hosting would be a good fit for this
position. You will have the ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality
and discretion when appropriate, while still providing a fantastic friendly service
to employees and visitors alike. Reception experience is required due to the
autonomy of the position and prior diary management experience is preferable.

This is a full-time, permanent
position, based in their office near Solihull, and is paying £27-30k annually.
