Grad Level PA with Reception Duties for Professional Services Company in Birmingham (ID:4545)
We
are currently recruiting for a fantastic PA to be based on the reception desk
for a luxury office in central Birmingham. This is a 12 Month FTC, supporting a team,
working with other PAs to help the business run efficiently, including corporate
events, and assisting with reception duties as required in order to
consistently maintain a high level of customer service. This is a great
opportunity for a grad-level candidate with relevant experience within events
and administration in a professional services environment.
Duties
will include:
Providing
full PA support to a team, including complex diary management
Coordinating
internal & external meetings and conferences
Event
management for internal & external corporate events, including attendance
on the day and coordination of set up and planning
Travel
management using internal system and external suppliers as appropriate
Dealing
with monthly expense claims
Maintaining
and updating reporting of team’s activity on internal CRM system
Office
management duties such as facilities management and replenishing supplies as
required
Invoice
reconciliation
Working
in a team with other PAs and Receptionists, providing cover as required,
assisting with training of new starters
Acting
as first point of contact for queries from throughout the office
The
ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a corporate
environment, in a role that included events & admin duties. You will have
strong diary management skills, the ability to effectively prioritise, and
great attention to detail. A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
who can maintain a level of professionalism while still being friendly and
approachable will be a great fit for this position, and the ability to build
and maintain relationships across all levels of the business is key.

This is a full-time, 12 month
contract (maternity cover), based in their Birmingham office, and is paying £22-23k
annually.
