Deal Coordinator for Tech Company – Fully Remote Role (ID:4490)
We
are currently recruiting for a fantastic candidate to take on a temporary role
for 12 months as a Deal Coordinator for a Technology Company, working remotely for
the duration of the role. This is a great opportunity for somebody with administration
experience who wants to take on a new role and continue working from home. The
position involves tracking and monitoring deals throughout the lifecycle from the
creation of the opportunity through to closure, and therefore will require administration
and stakeholder management experience.
Duties
will include:
Accountability
for Deal Desk Mailbox and incoming requests for your assigned region
Maintaining
efficient response time to sellers
Review
deals for readiness and quality, having set expectations with BD
Liaise
with key stakeholders to gain approval for deals
Work
with offshore teams, monitoring work to ensure it is assigned correctly
Coordinate
meetings including invites, preparing required documentation, ensuring key personnel
attend, and recording meeting notes and actions
Daily
and weekly progress reports to leadership
Ensure
all deals remain compliant with policies and processes, working with internal
investigations as required
Gain
and maintain thorough understanding of deal approval process and deal review related
policies, with the ability to effectively communicate knowledge to sellers,
guiding them through the process as required, and provide training to new
sellers.
The
ideal candidate will be very comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all
levels of the business, and have a strong background in administration, with
the ability to gain familiarity with internal systems and processes. This could
be a great role for somebody with experience as a PA, project coordinator, or client
manager for example who wants to take on a new opportunity and work from home
for 12 months.

and is fully remote paying £12-16 per hour.
