Private PA for HNWI in Warwickshire (ID:4386)
We are currently recruiting for a private PA to support a High
Net Worth Individual and his family, a role that will involve extensive diary
management and organising international and national travel both for business reasons
and personal and sporting activities involving the whole family. This will
include arranging the necessary arrangements as well as taking the initiative
to provide entertainment and activities for the younger children, ensure COVID
testing is arranged and administered as required, and liaising with the children’s
school about travel arrangements. The role will also involve coordinating meetings,
liaising with the family’s housekeeper to allocate tasks, keeping track of
business and personal gifts and ad-hoc personal support as required. This could be a great opportunity for somebody with commercial PA experience who is keen to move into a private PA role.
This is the ideal
role for someone who is keen to bring their private PA experience to a new
role, and wants to get stuck into giving their all to a highly successful prominent
British businessman. The successful candidate will PA experience, either commercial or private, specifically with strong diary management and travel coordination skills. You
will be able to confidently coordinate a busy family’s work and home life and
be comfortable travelling to their home and office, both based in Warwickshire.
