We are looking for a driven and hard-working law graduate ideally educated to LPC for a fantastic opportunity within an international business. This company, located just north of Birmingham, boasts a fantastic reputation and can provide the opportunity for an individual to expand on their working legal knowledge within a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be keen to forge a career within inhouse legal counsel. The responsibilities of the role will include successful liaison with internal and external clients, management of caseload databases, and utilisation of an existing legal knowledge.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

·         Management of research projects in line with the businesses legal needs

·         Dealing with licensing agreements and trademark breaches and liaising with solicitors in relation to issuing proceedings

·         Handling contract and employment issues across the business#

·         Involvement in GDPR and compliance matters ensuring procedural changes are acknowledged

·         All other tasks relevant to the support of the Legal Counsell

Due to the location of this business, the successful applicant will ideally have access to their own form of transportation.
