Claims Administrator for Brilliant Organisation (ID:4222)
We are currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator to
join the team for a company based in Coleshill. This is a great opportunity for
a fantastic candidate with administration experience and strong Microsoft Excel, to
join a company with plenty of growth potential where you can develop into
positions such as Report Writer or Claims Hander.
Duties will include:
Managing email inbox for new information relating to claims to
be allocated to relevant claims handler
Uploading new site investigation reports and updating completed
validations onto relevant spreadsheets
Actioning new Insurer claims using triage process
Monitoring all new claims telephone attempts and appointments
for compliance within SLA
Updating spreadsheet with appointments and arrival and
departure times for agent visits
Chase customers and engineers via phone and email for outstanding
evidence on claims
Liaise with
management team, informing them of number of claims received each week, and
sending them completed agent appointments spreadsheets
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries
to the office, including customers and field agents’ queries
Issuing ABU settlement letters when appropriate and ensuring
all updates have been issued
The ideal candidate
will have administration experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft
Excel. You will be willing to learn and develop in the role, and want to take
advantage of opportunities such as the option to progress into a Claims Handler
or Report Writer role within the company. You will be confident prioritising
your own workload while also working well in a team and always producing accurate

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their office in
Coleshill, and is paying £20k annually.
