Executive Assistant to Managing Director (ID:4220)
We are currently
recruiting for an Executive Assistant & Coordinator for the Managing Director
of an incredible establishment in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon! This is an exciting
position, ideal for an EA with exceptional experience, who is looking for a
role that will allow for additional exposure in the business at an executive
level, liaising with clients and key stakeholders as the organisation continues
to grow and expand their services!
Some of your daily
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inbox and diary
management, scheduling meetings and events, and arranging for all travel and accommodation
for the MD
·
Liaising with
internal and external stakeholders and organisations, attending, and leading meetings,
taking minutes, and following up on action points
·
Working alongside
senior management, ensuring the day-to-day operation of the business across multiple
sites in the UK is running efficiently
·
Maintaining a
strict level of confidence, and ensuring all data and information is in line
with the company’s policies and procedures
The ideal
candidate must be able to work flexibly to support the organisation, with
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and strong
attention to detail. You must have confidence liaising with stakeholders of varying
levels in a friendly, professional manner at all times, as you will be representing
the company and the MD. Previous experience in a similar role is essential for
this position.
