A trendy solicitors not far from Birmingham City Centre is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Office Assistant provide integral admin support. Working as part of a fantastic team, you will be providing a high standard of coordination assistance to the legal departments across the firm. With a close-knit working environment and friendly atmosphere, this is a great opportunity for an individual looking to establish themselves within administration long-term.

The role will primarily involve:

Booking in meetings and organising the relevant papers.
Opening legal case files and coordinating court papers.
Answering telephone queries and liaising with clients.
Managing the incoming and outgoing post.
Assisting with legal documents and confidential data.
Helping with IT updates and uploading files onto the systems.

The successful candidate will be interested in administration longer-term. Ideally, you will have some office experience behind you already alongside a proactive and enthusiastic mind-set. Alongside this, good IT skills are a must as well as a strong attention to detail.

This role would not suit a law graduate looking to progress into fee-earning/training contract. If you have completed your administration apprenticeship this may be a good step!
