Front of House Receptionist in established luxury goods business! (ID:353)
This is a fabulous front of house role where you will be the
first point of contact for all clients and will be key to setting the tone and
feel of the business! Working in the lively and fast paced offices in the heart
of the city you should thrive on providing excellent service to customers and
visitors whilst being able to juggle a busy reception desk. This is a varied
role where you will need to be able to manage the busy phone line as well as
support with their frequent guests. The company are looking for someone who is flexible
to pick up administrative tasks and can manage the reception and client area.
You will be working in a small team of two and as the full-time receptionist
you will lead on the day to day tasks.
This is varied and busy role and your day will be regularly
punctuated with visitors to welcome, systems to update and rooms to manage. This
is the perfect role for someone who loves looking after people and enjoys being
busy. The back-up administration tasks will support the wider business
including the CEO, marketing, logistics and operations therefore excellent
written English and a clear, friendly and professional telephone manner is a
must!
Service is key so thinking ahead and supporting the customer
in any of their needs will be essential to providing a top-quality experience. This
role will suit a proactive problem solver with a “can-do” attitude and with a
glass half full mentality!
