A dynamic organisation based in Northamptonshire, are looking for a PA/Project Assistant to the Head of Operations to come onboard and join an expanding establishment in an exciting position within the central team! This is a unique opportunity for the successful individual to start in a varied role, that offers the chance to develop your skill set in a busy, challenging environment!

 

Some of your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Inbox and diary management, and making travel and accommodations arrangements

·         Handling all enquiries and correspondence on behalf of the Head of Operations

·         Scheduling and attending internal and external meetings, preparing necessary presentations, documents, reports, as well as circulating agendas and collating actions

·         Supporting with existing and new projects, liaising with the project team to produce project plans, updating action logs and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date

·         Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and organisations to schedule meetings and events, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accurate

·         Undertaking any additional administrative responsibilities

·         Maintaining a strict level of confidence, and ensuring all data and information is line with the company’s policies and procedures

 

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes, and be opening to working flexibility to support the Head of Operations:

 

·         A team player with a positive attitude

·         Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         The ability to prioritise your workload and think proactively

·         Strong attention to detail on all matters and good time management skills

·         Confidence liaising with stakeholders of varying levels in a friendly, professional manner at all times

·         Flexibility is essential, as attendance of key events in the evenings or weekends will be required

 

This is an extremely exciting and challenging role, so the successful candidate must have previous experience as a PA or have a projects/operations background within a professional services environment. You must have strong organisation skills and be able to use your initiative as timeframes and deadlines will change rapidly as projects develop.
