Business Support Coordinator for Exciting Tech Company (ID:3105)
We are currently recruiting for a Business Support
Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to the company’s
founder and Global Operations Director. This is a great opportunity for a
proactive, enthusiastic candidate with great attention to detail to join an
innovative tech company with offices in the UK and USA. The role will be varied,
requiring you to take on tasks as required to provide support to the Operations
Director and Founder, as such duties will include:
Preparing and managing meetings, from booking meetings through
to creating agendas & documentation, taking notes & producing minutes,
and following up resulting actions required by yourself and others
Helping to organise events and booking restaurants
Providing project support and managing your own projects to
fruition
Collate and submit founders monthly expenses
Typing dictated letters, emails, minutes and file notes,
keeping an efficient and orderly online filing system to keep on top of
documentation
Ensuring Health and Safety standards are observed in the
office at all times
Keeping office fully stocked with stationery and consumables
as required
Providing client and customer support as required during busy
periods
The company is
looking for somebody who is a great verbal & written communicator, and open
to learning with great organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal
candidate will be hardworking and enthusiastic, keen to proactively contribute
to a busy team while being fully capable of prioritising and managing your own
personal workload. Somebody with a methodical approach who enjoys going the extra
mile for the customer while maintaining attention to detail would be a great

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their Solihull
office, and is paying up to £30k annually.
