An opportunity has arisen at a well-known firm based in a lively location in Nottingham City Centre. This particular firm prides themselves on an ethos and desire to positively contribute to local communities and therefore are offering a unique and fulfilling role to the right individual. You must be available for an immediate start to carry out this 12 month contract opportunity.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

·         Liaising and supporting fee earners and other secretaries within the same department

·         Transcribing of letters and relevant reports

·         Diary management for fee earners within the department

·         Assisting with project implementation including events, marketing and business development

·         Organisation of travel and accommodation arrangements

This fantastic role will be suitable for an individual who prides themselves on possessing a keen eye for detail, an ability to meet deadlines and a desire to demonstrate flexibility in assisting others within the department. Applicants must also have demonstrable experience within a legal secretarial capacity for this role.
