Responsibilities will include:
Working with the Recruitment Consultants to plan and execute recruitment campaigns, and decide on firms to target
Attracting new candidates through proactive research & sourcing, marketing initiatives, and candidate relationship management
Providing email feedback for consultants about interested candidates, providing information on their experience and what roles they are looking for
Actively head hunting relevant candidates, using platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter and to create and maintain candidate relationships
Promote the company’s reputation with all interactions with candidates and clients to ensure their positive reputation is maintained
Attending client briefing meetings when appropriate, helping to plan resulting strategy
Actively encourage a diverse talent pool and have a keen awareness of diversity
Prepare weekly reports, working with PA’s to adapt as assignments develop over time
Use in house CRM system to adhere to best practise and
upload all required candidate information.
This is the ideal role for a forward thinking, team player
with a can-do attitude! The successful candidate will have great time
management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise,
juggle multiple assignments, and communicate effectively at all levels. You
will have a willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership of your own
workload while maintaining attention to detail and a fantastic telephone

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their Birmingham
office, and is paying £20-23k.
