Are you looking for a meaningful role in a charitable organisation? Are you keen to make an impact and grow within an inclusive office?

An organisation based just outside of Birmingham City Centre is looking for a hard-working Project Coordinator to assist with the set-up of their new start-up branch. The successful individual must be comfortable setting up procedures and systems from scratch and working in a close-knit team to shape this new role as their own.

This is an exciting role with much scope to grow. If you have experience working in unstructured environments, and have some office managerial skills behind you, this may be a great opportunity!

The role will primarily involve:

Researching potential clients and updating contact databases.
Streamlining office procedures and implementing new ideas.
Setting up brand-new systems and working closely with IT.
Maintaining rapport with stakeholders and building new relationships.
Tracking projects, liaising with global stakeholders and monitoring deadlines.
Helping with business events and logistics.
Proactively coming up with innovative business plans and ideas.
Diary management, travel arrangements and general office maintenance on behalf of the senior management.
Answering of client and staff queries and monitoring of inboxes.

The successful Project Coordinator will be willing to turn their hand at anything and able to learn quickly! Ideally you will have experience setting up new office procedures alongside general office management skills.
This is a temp to perm role with an immediate start.
