Katie Bard are recruiting! We currently have places available on a graduate programme for ambitious and hard-working individuals. At Katie Bard we offer development opportunities at each stage of the process and you can determine your own progression through the business. You must possess a recent 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and a strong interest in building a career in the recruitment field.

You will start within the business in a front facing operational role in which you will get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business including meeting and speaking to clients and candidates daily. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Front of house management including call handling and maintaining the reception area

·         Working on projects autonomously including driving charitable partnerships within the business and process improvement

·         Coordination of meeting rooms and diary bookings

·         Assistance with social media management

·         Organisation of internal and external events working closely with the events and marketing team

Once you have completed the competences of this coordination role, you will have the opportunity to progress to a trainee consultant position in which you will be required to manage your own workload. You will receive on the job training and instant autonomy and therefore we are looking for someone proactive with a great work ethic! Starting salary is £19,000 with scope for progression.
