Bard are currently recruiting for an ambitious, proactive individual interested
in getting started on our trainee programme and pursuing a career within the
recruitment sector! We are recruitment consultancy based in Birmingham, and are
keen to bring on board hard-working, driven candidates who can benefit from the
earning potential and long-term personal and career development the organisation
has to offer!
The
successful applicant will start in an operations role, and be responsible for:

Operating the switchboard, taking all phone and
email enquiries, and passing along the relevant messages internally
·
Registering candidates on the system and processing
all paperwork, ensuring the storage and maintenance of data is compliant and in
line with company policies and procedures
·
Producing detailed monthly reports and working
on company-wide projects with your team
·
Conducting research into markets and industries
of interest to you, that will support the business development of the organisation
Excellent
time management skills and a proactive attitude is essential, as you begin to
develop an understanding of the business and the industry as a whole. This
initial role lasts between 3-6 months and you then will have the opportunity to
progress and work within a team as a fee-earning consultant, benefiting from
our incredible commission and profit share schemes! You will be able to utilise
the knowledge you have already learnt about the company and the sector, and
have the opportunity to develop your career with the right team around you!
This
is a full-time, permanent position looking for an immediate start and paying £19k
annually. This is initially a remote role and will transition to an
office-based role in line with changes to government guidelines and COVID
safety. Previous experience in a professional services environment is desired.
