Property Customer Care Coordinator (ID:2690)
We are currently
looking for a fantastic customer care coordinator to join a small, family run
property company, in their Solihull office. This is a great opportunity for somebody
who is customer focused and efficient, able to communicate with customers as
well as suppliers to resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer
service
Duties will
include:
Creating
and maintaining customer relationships
Liaising
with suppliers and contractors in order to resolve snagging queries
Maintaining
records of all contact and resulting actions
Occasionally
assisting MD with administrative tasks and diary management as required
Producing
purchase orders for construction materials
Updating
company website
Organising
planning consultations
Managing
company vehicles
This is a permanent, full time role with a discretionary
bonus.
The perfect
candidate will have great organisational skills, and be able to work under
pressure, when the cyclical nature of the business results in fast paced
periods. They will have prior experience with client management and
administration, within a busy and challenging environment. This is the perfect
role for a true team player, excited to join a family business and bring their
initiative and great customer care to a new role.
