My client is a high profile global business (Based in South Birmingham) with an outstanding reputation in its field. Due to growth, a new opportunity has been created as a Graduate HR Assistant to support the charismatic, supportive, and forward-thinking Head of HR.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with some HR experience who is keen to grow and develop in a graduate-level role with full study support. The role will entail working in a generalist environment managing all HR administration on a day to day basis with huge potential to grow and progress. This will entail:

  • Managing HR systems and databases
  • Producing HR reports and correspondence which will include HR KPI data
  • Supporting the recruitment process including the job description, advertising, working with recruiters, and setting up interviews and assessments
  • The successful candidate will deal with all the onboarding and support the annual performance review process.
  • Supporting line managers with employee relations issues including performance management and disciplinaries and grievances.
  • You will also support learning and development

This role is very much a growth opportunity for the right candidate as you will be involved in strategic HR projects across the business. This will include projects in the areas of Talent, Group Reward, Employee Engagement etc. As the role progresses further study support will be offered and the client will engage in the full development and progression of this role.

Applicants must be available for an immediate start as this is a temp to perm opportunity. Applicants must be educated to degree level with strong supporting academics. Some experience in an HR environment is essential.
