Recruitment Administrator - International Firm (ID:2626)
We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an
engaging, dynamic individual to join a progressive global professional services
firm based in Birmingham City Centre! This is a
very busy, varied role supporting the recruitment team, handling any enquiries
that come through in a timely, efficient manner and providing all-round
extensive administrative support to improve the efficiency of the recruitment
process!
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling
in interviews with external candidates and the internal recruitment teams
and departments, using Outlook and internal recruitment systems
- Handling
any general recruitment or invoicing enquiries from third parties and relaying
information directly to internal finance or HR individuals
- Liaising
with directly with agencies to process documentation and invoices for temporary
staff
- Supporting
with payroll, processing invoices and monthly payments
- Organising
and inviting internal and external stakeholders to key events, arranging any
required presentations, documents or briefs to be delivered in a timely
manner
- Producing weekly, monthly and fortnightly reports for the recruitment team to track the progress of applications and live vacancies
- Managing
internal CRM systems and the HR database, continuously working towards
improving recruitment processes
- Supporting
the team with any additional recruitment administration tasks
You
must have previous experience in a similar role in professional services,
managing high volumes of work and prioritising your time efficiently! Strong
communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and efficient time
management are essential qualities for this role and the ideal candidate will
have a desire to work within recruitment for a professional services
organisation. Experience using CRM systems, proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office
is also desired.

This role is a full-time, permanent position paying between £20-£23k
annually, initially remote working following the government guidelines for safety,
but based on site in their Birmingham City Centre office long-term.
