Project Coordinator for Leading Organisation (ID:2430)
An incredible
global organisation based in Birmingham are looking for a driven, ambitious
individual to join a growing team to support new and existing projects,
providing all-round administration and coordination support, developing and
implementing strategies, identifying key areas for improvement and supporting
senior management with new initiatives.
You will be
responsible for:

Setting up and
coordinating new and existing projects
·
Organising trainings,
and implementing learning and development programmes
·
Coordinating
internal and external events to promote the projects
·
Working with the
team to create and develop content and material in various mediums
·
Maintaining accurate
records on the progress and development of projects
·
Working with the
team to develop strategies, continuously working on improving systems and
processes
This is a very busy, fast-paced role and requires someone who has incredibly strong communication and organisation skills, is able to confidently build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and is able to balance their time and prioritise their workload efficiently. You must be able to use your initiative and think outside of the box when working collaboratively with the team on the various projects.
