Graduate and Early Careers Business Partner (ID:2419)
A progressive,
professional services firm are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual with
previous graduate or apprentice recruitment experience to join them as a
Business Partner for their Emerging Talent team! This is an exciting
opportunity to manage the full recruitment process, bringing on board a diverse
range of driven, ambitious individuals and spreading awareness for the brand
and the opportunities they have to offer!
Your main
responsibilities will include:
· Managing all
applications and tracking them to update on the system
· Managing the full
recruitment process, from screening candidates, conducting interviews, running
assessment centres and the offer process
· Working on projects
and events with universities and education providers to engage and attract
talent to the firm
· Liaising with key
stakeholders to develop the Emerging Talent strategy, and reporting key
developments back to the internal team
· Act as an
ambassador for the brand, using your initiative and communicating with the team
to develop new ideas for engaging with potential new employees, taking into
consideration equality and diversity, and the outreach the firm has nationally
For this role,
the ideal applicant will have previous recruitment, CRM management and project
support experience, in order to grasp the variation within this role and
capitalise on the scope for creativity and development of new ideas and
initiatives. You must be able to pay keen attention to detail, work proactively
and manage your time well, and have strong communication skills as you will be
liaising with key internal and external stakeholders regularly, and
representing the firm nationally.
