Payroll Advisor for Professional Services Firm (ID:2416)
Do you possess payroll advisor experience
working within a professional services environment? We are looking for an
individual with a strong knowledge of payroll and the surrounding
administration for a fantastic firm. This is an exceptional company to work for
with a sound reputation within their area. Reporting into the Payroll Manager,
we are looking for an individual with the following capabilities:
- An understanding of accounting highly desirable using CoreHR
payroll software
- Checking of monthly payroll for sign off
- Full reporting utilising MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Utilizing in house systems to report on Pensions, Auto – Enrolment
and gender pay gap reporting.
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Previous HR administration and payroll/finance experience essential
- Experience administering UK and International Payrolls including
benefits and schemes
- Understanding of complex payrolls systems including SAP, SSP, SMP etc
as well as knowledge of pension administration
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner, be able to work well in a team offering new
ideas
You must possess experience in the
above listed responsibilities as well as exceptional levels of IT literacy.
Further to this you must be able to interpret reports and identify trends and
know what to do to take action, whether that be analysing problems or
delivering solutions. You must also have experience in developing payroll
policies and procedures.
