We have an exciting opportunity for a bright, proactive and driven individual to join an amazing architecture company in central Birmingham as an Office Coordinator, assisting the team leaders and providing all-round administrative support to the team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors
· Managing reception and answering incoming calls
· Managing the meeting room and arranging for any refreshments required
· Managing office supplies/stationary and organising distribution of post
· Diary management for holidays and trainings
You will also be required to take on additional administration duties for ongoing projects, such as making travel arrangements, preparing relevant documents and correspondence as well as giving weekly updates on staff availability and requirements.
The ideal candidate will be very proactive, pay extremely strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management and organisational skills. They must be able to work collaboratively within a team, as well as prioritise their tasks and function efficiently when working individually.
