A leading global organisation based in Birmingham are looking for an extremely professional and dynamic PA to come onboard supporting 3 Directors, for 12 Months covering maternity. This is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your existing skill set and work with an incredible organisation who value and support their employees incredibly well!

 

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

·         Full inbox management for all 3 directors

·         Managing multiple diaries and arranging all travel and accommodation

·         Scheduling internal and external meetings

·         Attending meetings and writing up minutes

·         Formatting and preparing documents and reports

·         Processing invoices and expenses

·         Undertaking any additional administrative responsibilities encompassed within a PA role

 

You must have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to prioritise your time and balance your workload efficiently. Proactivity and being able to use your initiative are essential qualities for this role, and you must be confident working remotely.

 

This role will initially be remote-working till January and office-based from the New Year onwards. The successful candidate must have previous board-level PA experience in professional services, supporting multiple individuals at once, and must be able to work well across different time-zones as one of the 3 directors is based abroad.
