We are looking for a bright, delightful individual to step into a role as an Administrator for a leading training provider in Birmingham. This role involves liaising with internal and external parties, scheduling in training courses for various organisations and individuals, checking through all qualifications and ensuring they are up to date.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Taking telephone and email enquiries from external clients
- Liaising with clients to schedule in training courses
- Checking all qualifications and certificates are valid and up to date
- Updating databases and systems with new information
- Processing all paperwork, including the filing and storage of key documentation
- Undertaking any additional administration duties

someone with strong organisational skills, a good work ethic, and the ability
to manage their own workload efficiently. This role is initially a temporary
